To file an OHS Complaint online, you will be using a basic (unverified) Alberta.ca Account.

What is a basic (unverified) Alberta.ca Account?

An Alberta.ca Account gives you online access to many Government of Alberta services and programs. A basic (unverified) Alberta.ca Account can be setup using an email address and you do not need to wait for an activation code to be mailed.

NOTE: You do not need a verified Alberta.ca Account to file an OHS Complaint online.

What if I already have an Alberta.ca Account?

If you already have an Alberta.ca Account, click the “Get Started” button below and you will be able to log in using the information you normally use.

What if I do not have an Alberta.ca Account?

For Employers

To file an OHS Complaints online, you will be using a system known as MyAlberta Digital ID.

What is MyAlberta Digital ID for Business?

MyAlberta Digital ID is the latest system that Employers can use to identify themselves to the provincial government. The account gives your organization a unique online identity. It is free to create and gives you access to many different online government programs and services from different departments.

What if I already have a MyAlberta Digital ID for Business?

If you already have a MyAlberta Digital ID for your company, click the “Get Started” button below and you will be able to log in using the information you normally use.

What if I do not have a MyAlberta Digital ID for Business?

If you do not have a MyAlberta Digital ID for your company, please read the instructions below and click the “Get Started” button.

If your organization already has a  MyAlberta Digital ID for Business account,

  • Request to be added as a user.
  • You will receive an invitation email. Click on the link provided which will guide you through the process of creating your own login information.
  • You will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link provided to activate your new account.
  • Once you have activated your account, close the MADI-B page.
  • Return to this page and click the “Get Started” button below to log in with your newly created login information.

If your organization does not have  a  MyAlberta Digital ID for Business account,

  • Click the “Get Started” button below and then click on “Sign Up”.
  • You will be guided through the process of creating a new MyAlberta Digital ID for Business account.
  • You will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link provided to activate your new account – you will then be able to invite colleagues to create their own accounts and conduct business on behalf of your company.
  • Once you have activated your account, close the MADI-B page.
  • Return to this page and click the “Get Started” button below to log in with your newly created login information.
